Risk Disclaimer

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Please read this disclaimer carefully before using Agentify. It explains the limits of simulated results and the risks involved in any form of trading.

1. Not Financial Advice

Agentify is a software simulation. Nothing on this site or in the console, including analyst responses, trade plans, signals, and performance figures, constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

2. Simulated and Hypothetical Results

Results shown by the platform, including the demonstration on the landing page and the strategy sandbox, are produced from simulated market data. They are hypothetical, do not represent actual trading, and have inherent limitations. Simulated results do not account for all market factors, including liquidity, slippage, fees, and the psychological pressures of trading real money.

The strategy sandbox uses synthetic price series that are labeled by market regime. These series are illustrative models, not reproductions of historical prices, and the outputs are not evidence of how any strategy performed or will perform in real markets.

3. No Guarantee of Performance

Past performance, whether real or simulated, does not guarantee future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown by the platform.

4. Risk of Loss in Live Trading

Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. If you choose to connect the platform to a live brokerage account, an option that is disabled by default and requires explicit configuration, you do so entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for all orders placed through your accounts and for compliance with the terms of your brokerage.

5. No Broker or Adviser Relationship

The operator of Agentify is not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner, and no such relationship is created by your use of the service.

6. Software Limitations

Software can contain defects. Automated systems can behave unexpectedly, and market data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Do not rely on the platform as your sole source of information for any financial decision.
