1. Information We Collect

Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. Guest mode does not require an email address; a local flag in your browser marks the guest session.

Usage data. The service stores the data it needs to operate: simulated trades, task history, execution traces, risk events, market signals used by the simulation, and configuration such as your watchlist and risk profile.

Technical data. Standard web logs, such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, may be processed by our hosting and database providers as part of operating the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate the simulation engine and console, authenticate users, persist portfolio and trading state between sessions, provide analyst answers grounded in your runtime data, and maintain the security and reliability of the service. We do not sell personal information.

3. Storage and Third Parties

Application data is stored with Supabase, which provides database and authentication infrastructure. If the optional analyst feature is configured with an Anthropic API key, portfolio and market context is sent to Anthropic to generate responses. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

Trading history, execution traces, and logs are retained while your account remains active because the platform is built on an append-only record of system activity. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the contact channel listed on the site.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The service uses browser local storage for session state, such as authentication tokens and the guest mode flag. It does not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including encrypted connections to the database and hosting providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Requests can be made through the contact channel listed on the site and will be honored as required by applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page.
