Terms of Service

1. The Service

Agentify provides software that simulates automated trading strategies using paper trading. The service generates, prioritizes, and executes simulated trades, and displays the results in a web console. No real money is invested, traded, or held through the default configuration of the service.

The service is provided for educational and research purposes. It is not a brokerage, an investment adviser, or a financial institution, and it does not execute transactions in real securities on your behalf unless you separately configure and enable a live brokerage connection at your own risk.

2. Accounts and Guest Access

You may use the service with an account or in guest mode. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfering with the operation of the service, reverse engineering the platform except where permitted by law, using the service to violate any applicable law or regulation, and reselling or redistributing the service without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property

The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by the operator of Agentify and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Open source components included in the platform remain subject to their respective licenses.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Simulated results, analyst output, and any other content are informational only. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. See the Risk Disclaimer for additional detail.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Agentify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
